Full stack design and development of Battery Management Systems. Custom design integrated with state of the art firmware is my primary role. • The full stack role includes working on complete PCB designing, Schematic capture and BOM prep. • Evaluation of BMS design, architecture and perform trade-off analyses consequently managing the BMS product development process from design to manufacturing, and perform DFMEA. • Testing and validation BMS function with HIL and vehicle testing

• Predominantly working on circuit designing, PCB prototyping, continuous evaluation, troubleshooting and maintenance of the developed IoT systems, hardware and software for electric motorcycle and commercial vehicle. • Formulated cost effective bill of materials (BOM) for the custom PCB design and monitored fabrication process with the manufacturers. • Own all aspects of embedded hardware development including troubleshooting of the firmware using exclusive integrated development environment (IDE).
