Design of complex modules and mixed signal PCB layouts (high speed, low noise and rugged designs). Optimization of existing platforms for functionality, cost efficiency and EMC-compliance standards. Analysis of concepts and customer requirements and designing hardware architectures.

Development of Industrial embedded platforms based on FPGAs (ALTERA) and microcontrollers (ARM CORTEX) Design and development of low-noise and precise mixed-signal measuring circuits. Development of PC-based data acquisition cards (hardware and firmware). Support of C/C++ firmware developments (peripheral drivers and processing algorithms, RTOS)

Optimization and Upgrading hardware architectures, platforms, circuits and PCB layouts. Collaboration with R&D team for customer requirements, architectural designs and constraints. Advising and establishment of schematic and PCB design rules and considerations. Planning and commissioning EMC and environmental tests (IEC-61000, IEC-60068, and IEC-60529). Research and initializing high performance ARM-Cortex-A SOC platforms for real-time signal processing.

Analyzing customer requirements and constraints for designing architectures. Prototyping of embedded platforms based on FPGAs and ARM processors (e.g. IMX6-Cortex-A9). Designing SOC, contribution to write VHDL codes and development of firmware on FPGA platforms. Development of FPGA-based high speed tester cards (PCI, USB or Ethernet as PC interface) Analyzing system requirements and relevant standards for supervising external developers during the EMC and environmental tests
