Team leader responsible for all aspects of event planning, promotion and execution. •Support all global regions on business unit initiated field outreach visits, including ownership of Regional Product Update road shows, quarterly channel meetings, customer visits, and informative web seminars. Responsible for comparative analysis of these events, providing metric presentations to upper management. •Drive cross-team coordination between regional teams, product marketing, product management and technical marketing staff for internal events for security

• Manage all aspects of the Data Security Group webcasts, tradeshows, and lead generation programs. This includes such tasks as securing partners for participation, negotiating offers/media lists, overseeing presentation creation, content alignment and definition of target audience and which products/solutions will be highlighted.

• Managed and coordinated all activities associated with marketing events, including event budgets, 3rd party vendor relationships, contract negotiation, on-site logistics, material shipping, travel, speaker presentations, event staffing, signage, and giveaways. • Supervised all event details of America’s Trade Shows and User Groups by managing booth properties, supervising all refurbishments/branding, personnel staffing and maintaining a demanding event schedule to avoid potential date conflicts.
