Responsible for the coordination with shippers, truckers and steamship lines, as well as manage the complete process of sea and air shipments, including the arrange for pick-up or inland transportation, booking, follow-up with tracking and tracing to final destination. Customer Service responsibilities mostly maintaining communication with vendor, shipper, customer and carrier, internally negotiating cost-effective rates with service providers to ensure maximum profitability.

Responsibilities included the coordination of Sea Export shipments such as, opening export files, production of internal documentation, updating export statuses, assisting and advising customers of Arrival, arranging deliveries, processing invoices (including price conversions and verifying shipment weight and volume), dealing with e-mail queries from Kuehne + Nagel Overseas offices as well as ensuring that standard of data accuracy.

Main responsability was to ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, as well as to track and trace shipments. Prepare, handle, and process documentation- including house and master air waybills, commercial documents, and customs/regulatory documents, as well as to dispatch freight and monitor reports. To be accurate and timely client billing and to contribute to maintaining vendor relationships- airlines, trucking companies, and others.
