Working as a Performance Account Manager for the biggest full-service digital agency in Croatia. The core of my duties are in running the Performance advertising team, new Client acquisition and Client servicing, creating an entire annual strategic performance plan for the development of the agency, leading and mentoring a team of colleagues, presenting our services on conferences and workshops, as well as regular reporting on all faucets of digital campaigns under my supervision.

Worked as a Community Manager for all social media and analytics accounts for Croatia's leading online employment solution MojPosao.

Worked as a second-in-command to the CEO of the first neuromarketing agency in Croatia, specialised in digital marketing and consumer psychology. My starting position was that of an Account Manager (with a specialisation in Facebook and Instagram advertising).

Worked as a Brand Manager for the digital marketing division of two brands (clothing & kitchen appliances).

Freelanced on Public Relations and Marketing for an overseas employer with an aim to improve branding of a Croatian local tie brand. During the same time, worked as an investigative journalist and Editor-in-chief for a local political magazine called "Objektiv".
