Using an extensive array of technical tools, I worked closely with Brazil's top insurance companies to boost customer service by providing self-service web applications. One of my key accomplishments included developing new system features that streamlined and enhanced DirectOne's e-mail. I also built the Bank of Brazil/Mapfre campaign for engaging employees, which had 20,000 entries per month.

I developed mobile games using HTML 5 and CAAT (A Javascript game developer framework).

I was contracted to improve this Latin American and European sports betting website by providing new functionality and enhancements. My efforts were successful. Specifically, I rebuilt Bingo booking system, guaranteeing effective financial recordkeeping.

As an essential contributor to the Jac Motors operations, I enhanced the Apollo system, a business management program, creating approximately 80% of the new financing model. My efforts contributed to the streamlining of car and insurance sales and financing.

In this technical role, I simultaneously contributed to sales/marketing operations by acquiring satisfied clients, such as Prosdesp, Saint Gobain, and some internal projects.

Providing both web development and support, I catalyzed the success of two Siemens and a Cobra project. My efforts included implementing ITIL concepts, including service-level and incident management.
