Working at the Human Resources Department, always valuing the transparency and legality of all the processes involved, I participated in the coordination and inspection team during the implementation of the new Human Resources Management Software, being the master user of the ongoing bidding contract, I test and determine which objects meet the requirements requested in the bid project, in addition to requesting changes and specifying the methodology applied for the development team.

Cafeteria located in the city of São José dos Campos - SP, where we managed to consolidate our position in the first semester of operation as one of the best in the region. It has a bold project of modern design, focusing on a quality menu and excellent service. It achieved an excellent reputation as a result of its meticulous work on social networks, with adequate response in the most used channels (Google my Business, TripAdvisor, Facebook Pages, Instagram). Developed activities specific to the public sector such as control and approval of retirement processes, calculation of contributions and retirement earnings. I was part of the group responsible for implementing the webService that linked the state databases to SIGEPREV (Welfare Management System). Also, participated in the development of the Contribution Time Certificate - CTC issued by SIGEPREV, a digitally constituted process with the objective of minimizing costs and speeding up the retirement process.
