•Managed financial and clinical consultants (in a matrix organization) to build, test, train and support the implementation of a full suite of EHR applications necessary to attest to Meaningful Use as defined in the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act (US 2009).

•Managed the design and implemenation of a corporate-wide business intelligence solution. Use of the Microsoft Business Intelligence Development Studio stack to construct an ETL process, DW, and OLAP cube as the basis for a corporate reporting and analysis solution.

•Migrated the budgeting process for a 13-entity / $100M+ family of companies from Microsoft Excel to Microsoft Forecaster utilizing Microsoft FRx and Crystal Reports to provide consistent and timely variance reporting accompanied by supporting analysis. •Managed the conversion to and implementation of a payroll / HR solution for a 13-entity / 3,000+ employee organization which processes payroll weekly. •Co-led a cross-functional team in the selection and implementation of a corporate-wide ERP solution.

•Led the committee responsible for the selection and implementation of lending and credit administration technology products. •Managed special projects for treasury services and credit administration. •Implemented and managed support for the interactive voice response (IVR) system. •Mined data and provided analysis and technological support for the board reporting process.

Led teams in providing time and materials for client contracted enhancements to the core processing system and for creating specialized interface products for asset / liability management (ALM), interactive voice response (IVR), and other third-party software products. These efforts resulted in revenue in excess of $250,000. •Trained new hires and existing programming and operations staff on the HORIZON Core Processing system and the IBM iSeries (AS/400) hardware platform and OS/400 operating system.

•As an individual contributor, I acquired, processed, and assured quality of positioning data using the IBM RISC System/6000 hardware platform and UNIX (AIX) operating system. •Negotiated the acceptance of processed positioning data with representatives for BP Amoco and Shell Canada.

•Performed general business analysis for Deposits and Loans including report and query generation and data extraction and analysis. •Supervised operations staff at Tucker Federal Bank Data Center, Atlanta, GA.
