Initiated and co-developed a university-funded educational project focused on creating a digital visual database of molecular biology assays for undergraduate and graduate students. Designed scientific educational content integrating 2D animations, laboratory footage, and narrated presentations to simplify complex laboratory protocols. Utilized Blender and Canva for scientific visualization and contributed to the development of internship placement resources for student train.

Participated in a biophysics research project focused on bacterial motility in Pseudomonas putida. Applied molecular biology techniques such as PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, plasmid isolation, bacterial transformation, and DNA sequencing. Maintained sterile cell culture conditions, analyzed sequencing data, and documented experimental workflows in a structured research environment.

Contributed to research projects investigating cellular processes using Dictyostelium discoideum as a model organism. Performed sample preparation for spinning-disk and fluorescence microscopy, including cell fixation and transformation protocols. Conducted plasmid DNA extraction, bacterial cloning, live-cell imaging, and microscopy data analysis using ImageJ/Fiji in a structured laboratory research environment.
