At Justus Liebig University Giessen, my research focused on understanding pulmonary hypertension and emphysema through innovative mouse models. By investigating the effects of cigarette smoke exposure, I aimed to uncover critical pathophysiological conditions. My work contributed to advancing knowledge in respiratory diseases, and I actively engaged in disseminating findings through presentations and publications.

I worked on a project with a goal to reduce Drosophila suzukii population, a fruit pest, using sterile insect technique. I used Tet-Off based induced expression of genes to generate gonadal sterility constructs. Also, I cloned an Intron test vector for testing sex specific splicing in Drosophila.
