• Leading a 3-member software development team. • Developing a software platform for CIT (Cash-in-Transit) and banking sector named Maestro, including software systems such as ‘cash counting machine integration’, ‘ATM cash withdrawal forecasting’, ‘CIT process management’ & ‘cash reserve center’. • The project is supported by TÜBİTAK for “helping constitute a standard which is not defined yet in Turkey” • Analyzing of competitor products, developing the solutions and designing the software architecture

• Leading a 6-member software development team. • Managing process automation software developed for Teknoser (service supplier company of Teknoloji Holding). • Developing software project of Philip & Morris Turkey for measuring their Hot Sale Team’s performance. • Providing integration of legacy & third party systems for UK based company Sinclar Collis. • Analysis of business intelligence applications at conceptual level. • Getting ISO-9001 certification for the company carried out by my team.

• Leading a 3-member software development team in Turkey office of the company, which is operating as a stock broker in international finance markets. • Developing the backoffice platform for managing customer accounts, bookkeeping records, broker commissons, financial analysis, risk analysis... • Realising CRM applications to reveal customer behavior and to produce customer oriented campaigns.

• Worked as programmer and database specialist for a couple of “tailor-made” CTI projects such as Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance, National Lottery Administration, Kanal D, ATV, Vaillant, Avustrian Airlines. • Building up desktop and reporting applications of software suite ‘VOXaré’, which includes Soft PBX, Fax, IVR, ACD ve Voice Mail.. • Developing applications of CTI project ‘7070’ for Telsim.

• Working as programmer in the developement of an MRP solution called Wintex developed for textile companies. • Took place as programmer and analist in the development team of WinExim managing business processes of import / export companies.
