-Participation at each design stage (body-paint) of the new vehicle in Japan side.3DK4, SE, SE GENZU etc.. -Project window member at TMC (Japan) for Auris vehicle and also many Toyota global vehicle projects (Camry,new corolla etc..) -1.5 years Toyota employee (Intra company transfer) in Japan. -Shop Project leader engineer during local Project testings. (Hardware and software process preparations during Goshi, Sokaku, 1A, MPT, QCS and ramp up).

-Production engineer in body paintshop, experience of the start up high volume production -Production advisor engineer in plastics paintshop, new line design (process, paint booth, new sludge removal system, oven etc..) and implementation -Quality, productivity and processes capacity improvement for high volume production, -Headcount optimization with process Kaizens by muda elimination, -Product lead time reduction by material and information flow improvement, -Visual cost follow up system establishm

-As Chief Engineer in charge of Ankara Women Health and Fertility Center- Acedemic Hospital’s HVAC system design & applications. -As Chief Engineer in charge of Gölcük/Navy base HVAC system design & applications. -As Chief Engineer in charge of Free zone substruc system design.

-HVAC system designing at Konya & Karaman Kombassan Hotel. -Substructure system designing at Catalca/Trakya free zone
