• Leadership in O&M Operations: Directed daily operations for a 2.1GW solar PV plant, ensuring high availability and reliability while strictly enforcing HSE standards. • Maintenance Oversight: Managed preventive and corrective maintenance, including scheduling, monitoring, and optimization to maximize plant efficiency and minimize downtime. • Permit to Work (PTW) Process Management: Supervised the PTW process, ensuring accurate documentation, safe work practices, and proper coordination between teams.

•Lead operation team starting the plant safely and efficiently, including gas reducing station, following all plant procedures, health and safety policies and current operating practices. •Coordination of field-executed work during the commissioning phase for all equipment under commissioning control. •Lead the PTW team and ensure all PTW personnel are following the PTW procedure. •Familiarity with Work Management Systems and permitting practices as well as the tasks relating to commissioning and start-up.

Core Responsibilities and Successes •Prepare all PTW, Raise W. O’s using ISSOW and coordinate with planning section for outage, annual outage maintenance, MOS Program and short-term preventive maintenance STPM. •Maintain maintenance activities as a safety controller to ensure proper plant operation at all times. •perform periodical control room and local operation of the power and water plant and making accurate and timely decisions on matters affecting local plant processes and performance.

•Operation of the plant, safety, reliably and efficiently to achieve plant performance and ensure optimum level of power and water export as required. •Perform operational actions (i.e. valve operation, switching on/off pumps or resetting the local alarms, etc.) to avoid any abnormal plant operations and correct existing abnormalities. •Follows operational procedures and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled manner.

•Operate the plant safely and efficiently during shift by leading a team of field operators and Control Room operators. •Participate in the plant daily morning meeting, giving input regarding plant operational needs. •Issue and cancel work permits in the capacity of Senior Authorized Person. •Carried out the required isolation/de-isolation in the process. •Generate reports such as generation reports, incident, accident and near miss.

Throughout this course, I developed high-quality written and communication skills, learned to apply the business and management theories, tools and knowledge gained to tackle management and organizational problems or challenges, both strategically and functionally. As an MBA I draw upon my own and others personal, managerial, and organizational tools and techniques, allowing me to bring the MBA to life in my workplace and deliver impact as I learn.

Modern power engineering consists of four subsystems: the generation subsystem, the transmission subsystem, the distribution subsystem, and the utilization subsystem. In the generation subsystem, the power plant produces electricity. The transmission transmits the electricity to the load centers. The distribution subsystem continues to transmit the power to the customers.
