With this role I am responsible for proceed all steps of flight cost analysis. Starting from creating and controlling forecasted costs of operational expenses of flight, then controlling reconciliation with airline as a tour operator including checking all operational costs invoices. ACMI controlling. Checking pre & post reconciliation figures. Controlling pre-payment invoices sent from airline. Work on seat price for specific routes.

Controlling all operational airline invoices to reduce operational costs. Making invoice reconciliation with various suppliers to ensure all the invoices are checked and payments are made. Prepare monthly reports to support budget planning. Controlling the operational costs with agreements and published tariffs. Prepare reports of per sector cost for airline. Make monthly passenger declarations as airline to tax administrations especially for Germany.

Supervising the excellence of all check-in and boarding process of passengers. Preparing weekly working shift in passenger services department. Participate on agreement sign on level of supervisor. Solve the customer complaints on operational bases. While working on this role I was responsible for Lufthansa Airline account. I managed Lufthansa Airlines’ operational processes as a duty station manager for a while.

I took the courses mostly related to finance, marketing and production aspects of business. I have honor degree in my graduation with 3,04/4
