The topic was " Strategic design and standardization of data architecture to validate and optimize the offline models of conventional Hot Rolling Mills with emphasis on the HTC (Heat transfer coefficient) model of the cooling section". The goal was to validate the production data with analytical tools and validate the offline model with the tuned data.

    Developing an intelligent start and immediate stop system which will increase the fuel efficiency of vehicles. It is called as S4 Start-Stop-Save System. It is a green aftermarket product specially designed for Indian vehicles. S4 reduces air pollution and noise pollution while saving the consumer fuel. We were able to save 7-10 % of fuel per liter in city traffic conditions. I was a part of the fabrication of universal brackets for sensor system and Experimental Validation for the product.
