Responsible for configuring and maintaining Windows servers, mail services, active directory, office365, backup/restore solution, Firewalls, antivirus/malware protection as well as maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 7/8/10 for clients.

Responsible for Windows Active Directory configuring, Exchange 2010/2013 , Disaster Recovery using EMC Networker in conjunction with EMC Data Domain, configuring Virtualization using VMWare technology.

Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining all Windows Server including Windows server 2003/2008 DNS server, Windows 2008 Active Directory, Windows 2008 Certificate Server, create users and grant them access to shares, grant access to users on the network, backup all company data, configuring Linux Servers (Arch Linux with NTOP, Ubuntu Server with Nagios for device performance monitoring), configuring wireless devices for internet access and install and troubleshoot Cisco voip phones.

Configure and maintain a medium sized network of around 500 users separated in many regions inside and outside Kosovo. Configure the network with Windows 2003 Servers for Active Directory in two domains, apply user and computer group policy, secure the data by assigning user access permissions, configure and maintain Exchange mail server for the KPA, install, configure and maintain ISA server as an Internet gateway for all the users and firewall server by applying firewall rules.

Translate official UNMIK documents from Albanian into English and vice versa. Also assist the office with other administrative duties.
