As part of the Business Performance Optimization Center of excellence I consult core businesses on best practices and intervene when business decisions result in undesired results for the customer.

- Manage a team of 6 employees supporting users on business related questions in Inventory, Supply Chain, Pricing and Promotional systems. - Developed and implemented a support plan for Target's implementation of a multichannel system and processes. - Developed and executed the Business Continuation Plan for Merchandising.

- Evaluate and test new replenishment systems for stability and effectiveness. - Support Merchandising staff in the use of replenishment systems and processes.

- Executed revisions, affected Ad selection, negotiated vendor income, and evaluated new product selection. - Planed and executed the product flow to over 1200 Target stores nationwide - Managed a $90 Million spending budget. - Worked on cross company, interdepartmental team to reinvent and simplify the assortment planning process as well as needed systems rewrites.
