Liased with the customer, sales department and imports of the scheduled delivery date of the vehicle. Booked in and ensured the vehicle had received the P.D.I upon delievery to the showroom from the factory. Ensured the vehicle was correctly documented and all necessary paperwork completed before delivery or collection by the customer. Completed payment before the vehicle was handed to the customer. Researched specifications of the Mercedes-Benz fleet of cars. Test drive the Mercedes-Benz fleet.

Co-ordinated with Britannia Airways Ltd aircraft engineers for both the ground/air tests to obtain CAA certification of the Boeing 757-200, 767-200, 767-300 aircraft the Casio PDA to be trailed as a EPOS onboard. Administered the PDA trial to ensure fixed costs were reduced, potential increase of onboard sales, more efficent communication to Cabin Crew and a technology platform for future projects to ensure changes to operating processes for Cabin Crew.

Responsible for analysing, measuring and reporting Cabin Crew participation for incentives nationwide both monthly and bi-monthly. Liaised with In-flight Retail Managers to identify trends and recommend opportunities for Cabin Crew training for In-flight Sales. Successfully produced accurate In-flight Sales revenue targets for all flights departing the UK to generate increased In-flight sales onboard and commission for Cabin Crew.

Joined Britannia Airways Ltd as a temporary seasonal Cabin Crew member at Luton Airport. Gained senior experience by operating out of rank in a senoir position during my first season. Transferred to Gatwick Airport in March 1996 to widen my scope and variety of flying. Selected to operate a flight from Manchester Airport – Orlando, Florida with Jill Dando onboard as Cabin Crew for a BBC Television programme entiled ‘Fasten Your Seatbelts’. Provided safety to the highest standard to customers and crew.
