Responsible for the interface between suppliers, service managers, business owners and IT for the delivery of services to all of BAA's airports.

Responsible for managing the implementation of Supply Chain solutions to new clients and the upgrading of existing clients to new technologies. I manage a team of consultants and project managers and via the Technical Manager (who reports to me) I also have responsibility for the Service Desk and Software Development. The role also encompasses Business Partner and Customer Account Management.

Responsible for the strategic development of Operations and IT Systems for Europe. Also responsible for management of the operations team comprising customer services, purchasing, vendor management, logistics and outsourcing. Worked in Germany for 6 months managing the service centre that was created as part of the European management strategy.

Responsible for customer services, logistics, engineering and configuration services, premises and company car fleet.

Management of a distribution facility providing receipt, storage and delivery of fresh produce to supermarkets in South-East England.

Various roles starting as a Management Trainee and progressing through to Distribution Manager for a cold storage and distribution facility providing deliveries to supermarkets in Northern England and Scotland.
