Carlise Schmitz

I started as a civil engineer member of the commercial sector team in a construction company. In some months, I started to head the team and worked to develop the team, the tools we used and the result of the team's work. I worked there for three years until I decided to take one more step in my career and came to Germany to study a master's program in management.

I work in the construction of 88 houses, especially controlling and managing the particularities of each house and control of quality.

It was my fist internship and I work in a road construction, more specifically in the construction of the bridges and viaducts. I worked directly with the Civil Engineer responsible for the construction and helped him to plan and lead the activities and organized and prepare all the needed documents.
