Responsible for robust safety design of the battery pack for all applications of the Stellantis BEV platform STLA-S (B and C segment). Ensure compliance/application of internal and external safety requirements (ISO26262) to the battery pack during development to market launch. Responsible for the preparation of D-FMEAs, Fault Tree analyses and safety documents required for market introduction.

Support and partially lead organizational restructuring and transformation activities to implement agile organizational models and strategic partnerships fully integrated with the Stellantis global engineering network and aligned with business objectives. Establish and track KPIs in line with overall objectives. Set internal budget targets in consultation with other departments in the organization and track these targets on a regular basis. Lead actions to close gaps and ensure compliance with goals.
