Responsible for the setup, monitoring and data interpretation for performance and functional tests of new products, engineering changes, and new production lines validation. Keep documentation updated through the development of new products and providing sustaining in mass production, tooling change or change of components due to customer requirements.

-Design and implementation of Inspection Jigs and gauges (Sanoh industrial de Mexico, Unipres Mexicana). -Design and reparation of internal Jigs. -Interpretation, modification, and redesign of construction planes for individual components or full machine assembly.

Development of new machinery, (polystyrene expanding machine, Steel casting line rehabilitation, Design of Pneumatic press for construction part assembly).

-Design and implementation of Inspection Jigs and gauges (gas and brake pipes) for NISSAN, HONDA and MAZDA, according to their information and standards. -Assembly lines modification and repairs. -Direct contact with suppliers, evaluation and selection of machinery and new project supervisor.

-Design and Installation of Pneumatic press for riser system seat assembly -Retooling of production line NOAH 1 and 4 (Frenados mexicanos BOSCH).
