• Procurement, planning and coordination of imported raw materials and packing supply • Responsible for direct material purchases of USD 45 mill/year, 350 SKU´s, 2 manufacturing plants (volume 38.000 MT per year) and led a team of 2 professional employees (local) • Coordination of the bidding process required for the construction of the Shell network of Gas Stations in Colombia • Optimized planning process reducing overall time by 50%

• Creation of a procurement function including relevant processes and supplier database • Process management of all direct and indirect material procurement and supply. • Procured raw materials, supplies and services related to Waste Water Treatment plant operations. Budget USD 8 Mill/year.

• Procurement of indirect materials with a scope USD 8 Mill/year • Category manager for civil works, vehicles, chemical materials, IT solutions, uniforms and plant equipment. • Led analysis and latter implementation of PC lease agreement, improving IT cash flow.
