• Consulted on European & global battery supply chain challenges, cathode materials market developments, battery recycling technologies and vertical integration. • Process planning, engineering, review and improvement of technical requirements, project management, FAT & SAT coordination and technical interface to equipment vendors for LIB pilot plants and Gigafactories. • Business case development and scenario-based modelling for battery recycling value chain.

The main projects I carried out were the following: • Project Management for the construction of an automated warehouse • Due diligence for the consolidation of 15 companies • Re-design of processes of a global bank • Project management for the construction of a distribution centre and fulfilment centre • End to end analysis of the supply chain of a retail company • Go-to-market strategy of a global oil & gas company to enter the gasoline market in Mexico • Development of proposals for new projects

In collaboration with the Mexican Navy, I designed and simulated a sea water desalinization system powered by solar energy. The system was capable of providing 1,500 litres of drinking water daily, in order to fulfill the needs of the isolated communities that live in the Mexican islands located in the north region of the Pacific Ocean, which did not have regular access to it.

Analysis, re-design and implementation of processes and policies involved in the commercial cycle of GE’s heavy machinery and healthcare products, in order to accomplish the full automation of simple and repetitive processes, reduce errors and improve customer’s experience.
