• Lead the battery recycling and BESS topics within the Battery Center of Excellence, responsible for service portfolio development, business development, internal capability building, strategic partnerships and external industry representation. • Advise clients across battery production, recycling and BESS on market entry, technology strategy, techno-economic analysis, benchmarking, due diligence, industrialization and scrap reduction initiatives.

• Led business development and project delivery in battery production and recycling domains, covering market & regulatory studies, techno-economic analyses, cost modelling and project engineering for the construction of pilot plants and Gigafactories for lithium-ion battery production.

• Synthesis, physicochemical characterization and electrochemical testing of cathode materials for Sodium-ion batteries. • Evaluation of water-soluble inorganic binders for electrode fabrication.

As part of the Consumer Energy Product Hub of Shell R&ES, I supported the development of two new energy products from ideation up to prototyping. Some of my most relevant task were business model and business case design, market sizing and customer journey analysis.

• Delivery of projects in energy, pharma, banking and retail industries, covering capital project management, go-to-market strategies, supply chain analyses, process optimization and due diligences. • Development of proposals for project acquisition in the following domains: oil & gas, supply chain and market strategy.

In collaboration with the Mexican Navy, I designed and simulated a sea water desalinization system powered by solar energy. The system was capable of providing 1,500 litres of drinking water daily, in order to fulfill the needs of the isolated communities that live in the Mexican islands located in the north region of the Pacific Ocean, which did not have regular access to it.

Analysis, re-design and implementation of processes and policies involved in the commercial cycle of GE’s heavy machinery and healthcare products, in order to accomplish the full automation of simple and repetitive processes, reduce errors and improve customer’s experience.
