Über mich
I have developed my professional career in multinacional environment. As a Head of Engineering, in Portugal (18 years) and in Germany (3 years), I had the responsibility for managing teams/projects in the various sites in which the company operated. More recently, I was challenged to manage a production unit in Portugal as Plant Manager (18 months in the canmaking industry) Throughout my career I had the opportunity to embrace different areas and work with different teams, not only locally but also internationally. Overall, these different challenges gave me the opportunity to work in a multicultural and diverse environment, contributing to increase my flexibility and adaptation to work in different cultures/environments. In what concerns the future, it is my intention to continue to progress in the management functions, on areas related to Operations and Engineering, in Portugal or outside Portugal and integrated in organizations with growth perspectives.
