Manage techno-commercial evaluation and negotiations with stakeholders. Manage kick-offs and execution strategy, schedule, documentation, protocols, progress reporting, scope split, and inspections. Client relationships management and conflict mitigation.

Supervise the schedule, daily activities and material management on project site in Kazakhstan as per project requirements and client expectations.

- Plan and Schedule the Preventive, Predictive, Periodic, and corrective maintenance for all the equipment’s in the plant without affecting the productivity. - Handle the daily maintenance emergencies while maintaining the KPI’s in every single task performed by the electrical and the mechanical team.
