Gen6 Cylindrical Battery Cell - Mechanical properties, development and integration.

• Testing coordination, enforcement and validation of HV battery packs in PHEV and BEV prototypes. • Design of experiments and proposal of new testing methods to detect weakness in the cells. • Functions programming in Vector software tools and tests automatization. • Battery diagnosis, requirements implementation, tests results analysis and presentation. • Assessment and troubleshooting HV batteries performance, manufacturing, and compatibility issues.

• Completion of the first battery system model of the Formula Student Electric team in MATLAB - Simulink (electrical model) and Catia V5 (mechanical model).

• Full development of the HV battery pack of a Formula Student prototype through technical and feasibility analysis: market research, cell selection, battery pack design and assembly, HV and LV wiring, manufacturing and testing. • Department budget management and cooperation with corporate sponsors. • Management and leading a multidisciplinary team to settle the know-how of the team. • Participation in two international competitions: FSUK (2018) and FS Germany (2019).

Master’s Thesis on “Assessment Based on Indicators of the Sustainable Development Goals in Spain. A Data Science Approach”, using Machine Learning techniques.
