Team and director’s assistance amongst other things, responsible for: -office organization and all administrative support for three accountants/managers as well as 25 tax consultant assistants -instruction work for trainees -providing management board with presentations and other documents -friendly and courteous manner towards clients and colleagues -handling the accounting work for small and mid-sized companies as well as income taxes for private person

I provided a number of services to customers ranging from important advice about their accounts to dealing with a range of complaints to listening, assessing and solving issues. During the day I did a number of tasks that include: -Selling financial services -Speaking with customers on the phone as well as face time -Accessing and updating account details on a computer During my apprenticeshipe I had to achieve targets which I did quite excellent. I enjoyed providing advisory support to the customers
