• Roll-in of important European group entities into a global SAP template • Responsibility for all FI/CO matters • Successful migration of 6 entities in Portugal, Italy, Spain and France • Spin off of accounts payable and receivables to a European service centers • Project operation was full time abroad all over Europe • 16 direct reports

• Responsible for a fully-fletched Controlling and Accounting department • Headquarter reporting and implementation of Financial / IFRS standards • GL, closing, Budget, Forecast and KPIs • 40 reports (5 direct) and approx. € 500m topline
