I am resilient by nature and enjoy a challenge. My skills lie in the sales and marketing sectors, with direct experience in account management, client retention, and new business development. I have an in-depth understanding of end-to-end campaign management, brand development, EDM creation and delivery along with the implementation of successful marketing strategies.

As part of the NAB Bank team, I worked closely with the Consultants and Assessors to help co-ordinate assessment centres, sourcing the assessors with the necessary qualifications and getting the most appropriate role play actor where necessary. I also helped administer ability and personality assessments prior to assessment centres and liaise with the different test bodies. On boarding of candidate profiles, visa and reference checks and supporting six Account managers with their roles.
