•Define process of designing, developing and qualifications for aircraft seats BC / PEC / EC •Feasibility checks with respect to material, manufacturing & design aspects •Managing systems integration of non-Electric parts (RFID, Life vest etc.) according to OEM spec •Create and submit to OEM the minor changes in type design to TSO articles (NoC / RAC process) •NoE summary with technical recommendation prior first HoV and/or BFE catalogue introduction with OEM

Overall project responsibility for milestone planning and organization of meetings with customers, OEMs, IFE suppliers and STC holders Overall responsibility for proactive planning and monitoring of the projects Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams from the offer phase until the final seat installation Management and reviewing the project risks (including RIO) Internal/External reporting including recover action in case of deviations
