The aim of our department, Structure Optimization Design Dept., is to understand and make deep research about the static/dynamic and working principle of machine tools, thus optimization and better design could be continually achieved. Our work is mainly divided into 2 parts: making tests and simulations.

Overall plan the machine tool product based on the target applications and markets, design structure configuration and layout, make detailed design of structures, rotary tables, servo-driving system and tool magazine, select the key outsourcing parts, request and communicate the NC function and electricity function with corresponding departments, build prototype machine, test and make improvements, finalize the design and arrange the production, etc.

Started with learning CAD software and PLM system operation when entering the department, then began to make mechanical 2D drawings and production BOM for manufacturing. Stayed at the factory for half year to study the machine assembly process, including how to test and adjust all types of accuracy. Participated in several projects to design partial functional components for machine tools and automation systems.
