As a natural evolution following the work done at Tremend for Leroy Merlin, I have been delegated to the latter, changing my mission to Enterprise Architect. As EA, I am able to have a far more extensive impact, helping drive the crucial transition three-year period of decommissioning all legacy systems in a controlled and structured manner, following a plan to ensure that all critical data and functionalities are migrated to the new systems without loss of service or operational capabilities.

Handling the Leroy Merlin Romania and Ukraine ERP as TTL and Solution Architect. Additionally, I am also involved in the Presales Initiative for European Union Projects team, analyzing and giving the GO/NO GO decision from the technical and architectural point of view. In the Public sector for the European Commission, I have worked as lead architect on several consultancy projects. I succeed in driving and delivering them from the initial stage up to acceptance.

TITAN INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE, INC. is a privately held telecommunications company headquartered in New York with a global footprint. The company is an aggregator of voice and SMS transit for many international partners. For Titan I have been tasked to develop multiple internal tools for automated data processing and transformation.

Maintaining the existing applications and developing the next generation POS software and cloud-based business analysis tools. Meeting customers in order to assess their needs and requirements and to negotiate contracts. Established the company’s 2019-2021 strategy together with the company’s owner. Team management & growth. Wrote the entire cloud BI solution from scratch.

In charge of development for the smartest financial ERP on the market, to date. Max BA targets entrepreneurs as well as specialist accountants with a full complement of smart, never implemented before tools. Operating in the cloud the app offers its users the newest technologies to enforce data security, privacy and hierarchical access to operations. Additionally, you can use it on your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop, anywhere you have internet access.

The Faculty of Automatic Control and Computers is the most known and appreciated technical faculty in Romania. I have worked here as a teaching assistant for 3 years, on the Department of Intelligent Control Systems for Mobile Robots. It was an interesting and very professionally satisfying experience.

All4Web was the Romania division of a Swiss company. Here I worked on different websites projects. The most interesting is cart.ro – a very flexible and hugely comprehensive shopping cart system that can be integrated in any website to provide shopping features. Besides all the usual features that you have in a web store, cart.ro also provided integration with all major payment systems, a complete statistic engine and very easy integration in costumer’s websites.

Small company with different and varied website projects. Worth mentioning: Archangel – a web-based remote server management system done in PHP.

As a natural evolution, Damir Impex appeared by expanding Active Soft's customer-IT department. This company was specialized only on websites for external customers. Here I have worked on a lot of different websites for the company's customers.

This was a short experience for me because most of the projects here were required to be made using Microsoft technologies – which I dislike. But one noticeable project I can mention here: TVGuide. This was a project made for one of the customers who needed an TV Guide application that will run 24/7 on a dedicated TV Channel. This application was done in Delphi and successfully delivered to the customer.

My role was to create and develop websites for this company, as well as creating different desktop applications for internal use. It is here that I've created my fist customer management system. I have also worked on a lot of websites, ranging from small company websites to large portals. At that moment, Active Soft is the largest -most successful web publisher in Romania with the biggest website portfolio.

Active Futures was a company having activity in the financial sector and the stock exchange. I was working in the IT department of this company and my role was to create different desktop applications for immediate internal use.

The Romanian Banking Association (RBA) is a Romanian legal entity, set up as a non-profit professional body which conducts its activity according to its statute and the applicable Romanian laws in force. Here I was a technical adviser. My role was to evaluate the different IT technologies that could be used and implemented for the RBA and its member banks.
