My role involved identifying, pitching and winning potential sponsors to fund some of Auckland Council’s major community events, i.e. Music and Movies in the Park. Engaging sponsors that fit with the Auckland Council brand was hereby a priority. My skills lay in market research, creating sponsorship plans, proposals and reports, leverage sponsorship and marketing opportunities, support with promotional material and PR, relationship management with stakeholders and sponsors such as Wild Bean Cafe, Mediaworks

This was a contract role to develop and implement a framework that ensures political reports are recorded in one system and follow a consistent submission process. Strong project management and communication focus to support the implementation of the new framework incl. writing user manuals and guidelines, intranet updates, newsletters and training workshops for employees

Personal Assistant to Public Art Manager

Responsible for all aspects of campaign management, from strategy to execution, often managing multiple projects simultaneously. The role required a high level of collaboration, both within marketing and also with wider internal and external stakeholders. Strong focus on developing new business relationships and managing existing clients. This role involved campaign development and launch, project and budget management, briefing suppliers, creating promotional material, campaign measurement and ROI.
