Parallel project : determinate the availability date of each function needed for Flight Test on aircraft with the support of Airbus Design and Planning Teams, proposition of mitigations in order to solve discrepancies with the A400M Flight Test Program. Working in German and English.

In charge of the improvement on a production line in a hair care product supply chain, productivity optimization (standardization), organising with the operators a Total Productive Maintenance (deterioration prevention) program.

Installing an hydraulic network with drinkable water in a village in Brazil (Ilheus, Bahia) for people who have no drinkable water supply, in charge of administration.

In charge of foreign students during their language training courses in Berlin, setting up of cultural programs, working with a team of German animators, Russian and Hungarian interns.
