Set up required profile for key positions within the lean structure, Interface with MDs and Ops Managers in all sites. Coordinating lean office efforts (VSM, standard work etc.). Coach and mentor associates on Green and Black Belt Projects execution and support on savings achievements reflected on P&L.

Management of European Lean Champions and local leadership related to KPIs high performance activities implementation. Consolidation of Lean Six Sigma culture and its methodologies with high efficient audit and diagnostic. and effective training program. Strong support on execution plan and follow up to correct deviations and assure the correct direction to organization regarding Profitability, Customer Service, Productivity, Costs, Safety and Quality

Identified potential savings and benefits from stabilization of throughput and combustion profiles in the reduction ovens, uniform grades and homogenization of ore input to grinders. Higher throughput to be gained from improved Maintenance and implementation of TPM practices. Performed short analysis regarding productivity gains and obtained client’s approval for a full Discovery & Design process.

Responsibilities: process engineering, maintenance, machine construction, production, Lean Mfg and OpEx. Production segment and main activities: Electrodes, Flux Core Wire join and hard facing, Solid Wire High Alloy, MIG wire and TIG wire.

Responsibilities: Merger and acquisition activiyty regarding new operations. Strategic development plan to the new plant and synergy implementation between sites sharing internal resources. Responsible for quality assurance, planning, process engineering, production and maintenance.

Develop new concepts of lean manufacturing, including quality and productivity tools such as cellular layout, Standard Work, rapid exchange of tools, Six Sigma, Just-in Time / Kanban, etc., also responsible for materials purchase, local and imported. Engineering coordination for new products implementation and technology integration between Danaher facilities besides Six Sigma Black Belt activity.

In charge of valves assembly process and its production routine. Promoted to Obtaining Strategy department, what scope was products nationalization throughout detailed make or buy studies and development activities in Germany;
