• Preparing and implementing marketing and sales approaches, • Daily control of transportation process, receiving and providing the required information about goods • Control of goods accumulation on the transport, warehouses and in ports, providing information to the clients and participants of the transport process, • Entry and daily updating of the information in ERP system about planned shipments and arriving ships.

• Understanding and implementing pricing strategies, marketing and management plans, • Analyzing and reporting the customer requirements, • Achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction both internally and externally, • Preparing monthly sales and target achievement reports, • Participate in face-to-face meetings and visiting customers weekly, • Defining the cost structure of after sales projects and maximize the revenue and profits,

• Dealing with all aspects of international air freight movements, • Working with and advise customer on all related shipping matters, • Tracking & updating shipment status, • Quoting export/import shipments as per customer’s request, • Following through to route shipments and providing pricing using company guidelines, • Creating shipping documents,invoicing and reporting.

• Preparing and controling of contract and documents-bill of lading, • Following up export/import regulations, • Process shipping and customs documentation covers cargo shipments by sea and road, • Invoicing completed jobs, • Preparing quotes for import and export customs clearance, • Attending to the Turkish Customs Office in order to have files processed, • Receiving ATR and EU1 movement certificate.
