As direct report to System Integration Head of Section, currently taking over the electronics module project lead (e-lead) responsibility of complete range of high segment refrigeration products in BSH Turkey, boosted AGILE Methodologies introduction to organization, acted e-lead of pilot project of AGILE which is praised as “Best Practice” by Global Organization, popularized notion within project management level staff, established information flow in projects assigned and improved level of gratification.

As direct report to Electronic Design Manager, managed 500M$ financial turnover portfolio of 20+ simultaneous projects at any given time on electronics of Vestel White Goods Corp., followed through program and risk management processes, established and maintained information flow and handled conflicts between all stakeholders, delivered 50+ projects and awarded with level promotion in the 1st year of position.

As direct report to Electronics Design Manager, worked on induction cooker projects, developed new induction cooker control and power boards of 7,2kW of power with a core team of 6 developers and coordinated 20 people in total for the project, established and maintained information flow within all stakeholders, applied and received approval for government R&D support program (TEYDEB) for an induction cooker project, received 2 title and 1 level promotions between May 2013 and June 2015.

Vestel Management Trainee Program is an educational program which is carried on in conjunction with Ozyegin University and aims to recruit well educated individuals and train them to be future managers. Program consisted of 4 months of theoretical education on managerial subjects, which covers 2/3 of the MBA Program and 2 months of informatory internship period within every department of Vestel Group. Been elected from ~7000 applicants, as one of the 25 and completed the training period as top of the class.

As direct report to Electronics Design Manager, designed schematics of kWs level power and control boards of induction cookers and air-conditioners, co-designed PCBs and supported embedded software development and maintained coordination between groups concerned in design life cycle.

As direct report to the Commander Colonel of Repair and Maintenance Commandership, started and finalized complete procurement process from requirement collection to implementation of a wireless analysis system which had prolonged for five years and saved around $150M as estimated for each upcoming year and provided necessary infrastructure by preliminary examination for renovation of Electronics Atelier of Commandership which is projected to 2015.

AİM Enerji, which was a sub-company of Ericom Co., had had a specialized focus onto energy controlling solutions. On 2011, a partnership with TOFAŞ on “Developing Li-Ion Battery Monitoring Systems of an Electrical Vehicle” is established. As direct report to R&D board member, participated projects on Li-Ion battery technologies, monitoring and controlling systems, power-line communications and wireless telemetry and control, designed schematics and pursued and recruited outsource experts and companies.

BKS is an expert firm in LED applications -lighting, advertising, warning signs, et al.- industry, custom circuit design and production. As direct report to the head designer and owner of the company, held simulations on Cadence PSpice and lowered costs and participated and gained experience on design and production processes of electronics boards.
