What I learnt all through my years of work across different companies is that there is always a new opening for self-development, which is a cycle that is embellished with the tools, new tech novelties, people and all the sources around the individual. After becoming a people manager, I realized the value of forming a team of people who have confidence in their own skills and virtues. Those assets of people have an exponential effect throughout the business when adequate level of support is provided. As a result, development that goes along with creating skills and a good, enthusiastic team is the key to success. I had the chance to be a member of organizations which allowed me to create products, processes, marketing campaigns, new customer domains, contracts, training programs, etc. The most enthusiastic part of all was jumping onto the unknown while I was on my own responsibility. Now I would place “helping people throughout their development agenda” on the top row.
