-Prepare process study and process simulation using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Flarenet Analyzer, PIPESIM, Aspen Hydraulic, Promax, Thermoflow to perform utility, hydraulic, relief load calculations. -Development of the typical documentation of process engineering process schemes PFDs, UFDs, P&IDs. -Carry out heat and mass balance, line list, process datasheets, equipment and line sizing, process description and calculation reports. -Participated in P&ID review and HAZOP meetings

-Calculation of daily energy production and natural gas consumption for Adapazari-Gebze power plant. -Hourly monitoring of capacity, energy input, heat rate, efficiency, delivered energy, main steam production, process improvement. -Participation in the Adapazari-Gebze power plant performance testing and calculation; comparing plant performance against previous testing. -Modeling of the Izmir and Adapazari-Gebze power plants using GT-MASTER in accordance with guaranteed conditions.

-Experience in installation, start-up and field applications for water treatment plant at Arbeel gas power station in Iraq. -Feasibility and implementations of equipment. -Responsible of boiler chemical cleaning, demineralized water production, EDI unit, reverse osmosis filter unit, chemical skids, activated carbon and multi media filter. -Multi-media filter, SWRO, BWRO and mix bed applications.
