Managed the opening account workflow project between Banorte Bank Mexico and Banorte Securities USA, collaborated in analysis, design, development, and maintenance as well. Responsible for operational assurance and maintenance activities of Banorte’s financial information section and real estate web sites. - Surpassed end user’s expectation by reducing the opening-account time in Banorte Securities from 1 month to three days.

Mentor to foreign master of science students in Germany. Coordinated student enrollment at university and registration at the local authority, as well as student arriving and accommodation issues.

Took part in analysis, design, development, maintenance, and technical support of Bancrecer Bank’s financial front end. Collaborated in requirements management, documentation, design, and development of Banorte Bank’s financial front end. - Took part in shortening response time to bank customers in Banorte Bank’s branches due to the new services-oriented financial front end.
