-Reporting directly to the corporate CEO, responsible to set the vision and deploy the corporate Quality strategy. -Coordination of 23 manufacturing sites in 10 different countries -Quality measurement systems: monitor and set actions to improve Quality KPIs (CR, CoPQ, Warranty Costs). Directly coordinate Quality After Sales to improve the performance of ASS Providers -Net Promoters Score (NPS) implementation for the whole group -Warranty analysis and prediction by Six Sigma statistic tools

-Direct management of an international team: more than 70 people in 21 sites across 10 different countries in the EMEA and India region for Honeywell Life Safety Products division -Provide guidance to ensure company products comply with Quality standards and adhere to regulatory and legal requirements (EC type requirements). Relationship with legal authorities and notified bodies. -Quality integration process for new business acquisitions and repositioning

-Responsible for suppliers performance improvements: re-sourcing executions; new suppliers identification, selection and approval. -Supply base improvement process by KPIs: delivery precision and supplier quality, material saving, supplier lead time, inventory. Support business NPIs. -Suppliers quality costs analysis: cost breakdown using total cost model; claim back process improvement -Strategic procurement and price negotiation with key suppliers
