• Lead technical engineer for a new four point seat belt system that lowers the severity of a chest injury during a crash, which was proven through Post Mortem Human Specimen (PMHS) and Dummy crash testing. Responsible for over-all design, testing, and manufacturing of the technology. • Lead technical engineer for a new inflatable seat belt system that integrates an airbag into a seat belt that exceeded the performance level of an individual seat belt and airbag working together.
