Responsible for managing a subsidiary within the BKW group. Key achievements: Introducing a Swiss-wide auctioning system, including an IT system for awarding line capacities on the German-Swiss border (investment volume 2 m Swiss francs) and implementing a balance zone management system (investment volume of 3 m Swiss francs), M&A project (integration involving Atel, EOS and BKW)

As Head of Operation and Control I was in charge of the operation and control of the transmission and distribution system of BKW which supplies directly or indirectly more than one million customers with electricity.
