Continual review of support metrics, functions & trends to ensure that processes are achieving the desired results and services meet expectations. Lead on strategic initiatives / programs such as consolidation, platform stability, operational excellence, platform reporting & standardisation.

Technical Team Leader - Swiss regional MS SQL DBA team. Local Service Owner, Switzerland & EMEA (non UK). Focussed on achieving effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery and support of services to ensure value for the business and meeting ITI strategic objectives. Conducted several training courses, seminars and presentations on SQL Server and Database Technologies. Lead in day to day activities of supporting over 2000 diverse SQL Server database systems globally.
