I drafted the impact measurement strategy for .YZ Paris including impact definitions, objectives and KPIs. Moreover, did I manage the B Corp team, preparing .YZ Paris for the B Corp Certification. This internship was also an opportunity for me to regain a proficient level in French.

The Change the World program is a global scholarship program involving more than 2500 students every year, in which they debate the major issues of the international political agenda. Students develop leadership, research, writing, public speaking skills as well as problem solving expertise. *Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 the conference is moved to March 2021.

I took up the responsibility to support the team implementing the newly developed Multinational Corporations Certification Approach, supporting the project management, being a contact person to businesses, supporting them in generating enterprise-wide social and environmental impact assessments. Moreover, was I engaged with companies from all over Europe and therefor working with documents in French, German, English, Italian, Dutch and Spanish on a weekly basis.

One day a week, next to university, I worked for Fraenck. I took care of administrative work, such as financial overviews, but was also responsible for the creation of blog posts, which were posted on the company's Facebook and web page aiming at giving the company a voice on topics mainly related to sustainability.

I helped out one day a week with the translation of various documents. Translating from Dutch, English or German to English, German or French. The other field I worked on was providing approaches to upgrade, monitor, more transparency and marketing of the company's sustainability. Therefore I researched monitoring options as well as strategies to integrate them. Moreover, I contributed articles on sustainability to the company's blog and social media accounts.

Within my summer holidays, I offered my assistance at expanding the market availability of the brand. A start was made by researching for retail opportunities in Germany.

I'm helping out with the online branding, focusing on Facebook and the brand's website. I help with the translation of various documents and create articles related to the values of the brand, which are shared on the social media accounts.

I finalized the annual report for Fair Trade Forum India, created the Membership Catalogue and helped to organize the WFTO World Fair Trade Week 2017 in Delhi mainly by managing the Social Media accounts, creating other creative content like the invitation cards to the events within the World Fair Trade Week and further more.

To make a positive contribution to world affairs a good grasp of the three inter-related concepts of Globalization, Governance and Development is needed. We’ll look at global and regional challenges and strategies pursued by international actors such as states, NGOs and multinational enterprises.

It's a strategic approach to applying the power of business in order to address global issues such as poverty, ecosystem degradation and human rights. Sustainable management requires a blending of social, natural and financial capital to create sustainable business model for the future.

Rotary Youth Exchange builds peace one young person at a time. Students learn a new language, discover another culture, and truly become global citizens. Exchanges for students 15 to 19 years old are sponsored by Rotary clubs in more than 100 countries.
