I was in charge of : • Recruitment: defining new headhunting accounts, looking for and selecting candidates who correspond to specifications (direct approach, qualification, interviews, integration and follow-up). • Commercial development: building the loyalty of existing clients, identifying and prospecting for new accounts, negotiating recruitment mandates, managing accounts, invoicing and commercial follow-up.
