Worked as a Manager - Staffing & Operations from offshore. Reorganizing the operational structure and acquiring small offshore development teams as a part of capacity building and managing the execution of multiple projects (small to medium) ranging from web design to web based application development among my primary responsibilities.

Worked as the Country Manager (Senior Team Lead) for Sri Lanka. Setting up an offshore resource pool to manage various software development projects focusing on GMI's application software platform and to provide support services to internal and external clients and managing projects executed from Colombo office and maintaining the expected quality level on the deliverables were among the key responsibilities.

During my tenure at SysAdmins, setup a QA department, setup an organizational wide process focusing on project execution and introduce some feature rich templates focusing on different phases of software project execution.
