• Handle package singulation, laser mark, pick and place process in LED package. • Buyoff on new processes, equipment and machine software, work with suppliers to fabricate tools, jigs and fixture. • Problem solving and troubleshooting of process development issues with six sigma knowledge. • Work closely with production team to support new products evaluation, qualification and new technologies transfer.

• Contribute technical solution to solve phosphor singulation and dispensing process related issues by applying existing and/or new techniques and technology. • To lead process development activities as part of new product and technology development. • Work with NPI and production in ramping new products to high volume for a fix pre-agreeable time frame or/and volume

• Involved in FOL wafer mounting process • Assisted FOL team to monitor and maintan wafer mounting process
