Analyzed business requirement of the billing system in Direct Energy, finished architecture and application design document for financial contract, insurance and reconciliation following Rational Unified Process (RUP), implemented reconciliation using C#, .NET multithreading, PL/SQL and T-SQL in a hybrid Oracle and SQL server environment.

Developed web-based strategic Predictive Analytics application for Union Gas(UG) - applied Agile Development Methodology, largely reduced the number of bugs to ¼ of normal level of UG’s previous projects, analyzed and designed database model, built physical database (schema, view, index, stored procedure) on Oracle using PL/SQL, analyzed and designed object model for the application, built web application using ASP.NET 3.5, C#, AJAX, JavaScript, VS 2008, LINQ, DevExpress, Dundas Chart and NUnit.

Finished ETL project for Credit Risk Management System - built metadata repository and data mapping, built XML schema for data profiling and cleansing, implemented validation rule & data transformation rule using C# and .NET Reflection , built C# components to transform data from IBM mainframe to relation database (Oracle & SQL Server), integrated data transformation components with SSIS and finished the whole project using SSIS and VB.NET

Developed Investment Portfolio Management System - accomplished a high performance multi-threaded C++ server application using STL, ATL, COM/ DCOM, VS.NET 2005 to reduce calculation time of a client with 10T data from 2 days to 2 hours. Developed Investment Risk Management System -Led analysis of business requirements, designed data models and object models, developed database stored procedure, trigger, view and index on SQL Server 2005 and Oracle 10g, implemented the system using .NET 3.0, C#, WinForm

Developed web-based Pension Plan and Benefit Management System beyond client’s expectation - analyzed, designed and implemented web presentation layer using VS.NET 2003, ASP, ASP.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript, XML, XSLT; designed logical and physical data model and developed stored procedures, triggers, and functions using T-Sql on SQL Server; built reports using crystal reports

Developed IMPAX Radiology Information System - implemented smart client WinForm application using VS.NET 2003, C#, Application Block, NUnit, integrated the application with VC++/MFC ImageViewer application and .Net web services.

Major database and object model designer and developer of Security Level Attribution(SLA), AIMR compatible Composite Management Reporting System (CMRS) and Fixed Income Attribution (FIA) system, implemented systems using VB 6, VC++, ATL, STL, COM+, MSMQ, C# on SQL Server 7/2000, Sybase and Oracle 8i/9i using T-SQL and PL/SQL. Developed the data warehouse and reporting system using Cognos, worked through whole ETL development lifecycle

Administrated network environment – DNS server, Exchange Server, Internet PBX, Checkpoint Firewall-1, RAS server and WAN. Built the web site of Florida Chamber of Commerce using IIS, JavaScript, ASP, SQL Server 6.5, Site Server, VB 6.0, MTS, ADO based on multi-tiered architecture.
